We are committed to protecting your privacy. This application is built as a business productivity tool for personal or small business use and does not collect, sell, or share any personal data from its users with third parties.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

We want to be transparent — we do not collect any personal data from you. Specifically:

The Daily Sales Manager app is a voluntary-use business tool. You choose to use it at your own discretion to manage your sales operations. The app provides the following features:

• Customer Management — Maintain a directory of your customers
• Reports & Analytics — Generate business reports with filtering
• PDF & Excel Export — Export your sales data for your records

Important: All business data (sales records, customer information, product details) that you enter into the app is your data. You voluntarily input this information to manage your own business. We do not access, analyze, or use this data for any purpose other than providing the app's functionality to you.

The app uses Firebase Authentication to provide secure login functionality.

• Authentication is required to access the app and ensure that only authorized users can view and manage business data
• Your login credentials (email) are used solely for authentication purposes
• We use role-based access control (Admin, Developer, Tester) to manage data access permissions
• Your authentication data is managed securely through Google Firebase and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy

5. Data Storage

5.1 Cloud Storage (Firebase Cloud Firestore)

Your business data is stored securely in Google Firebase Cloud Firestore. This includes:

• Sales transaction records
• Product inventory data
• Customer directory information
• Payment history records

Key Points: Data is stored in secure Firebase servers with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is controlled by strict Firestore Security Rules. We do not access your stored business data for any purpose.

5.2 Local Storage

The app uses GetStorage for minimal local preferences such as app theme settings and session state management. This data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted externally.

6. Firebase Analytics

The app integrates Firebase Analytics to help us understand general app performance and stability. Firebase Analytics may collect:

• Anonymous app usage statistics
• Crash reports and performance metrics
• Device type and operating system version (anonymized)

This data is fully anonymized, used solely to improve app stability, and not linked to any personally identifiable information.

The app is designed for business owners, shop keepers, and adult professionals managing their sales operations. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received data from a child under 13, we will delete such information from our servers promptly.

10. Your Rights & Data Control

You maintain full control over your data within the app. You can access, export (PDF/Excel), modify, or delete your records and account at any time.

11. Data Retention

Your business data is retained as long as you maintain an active account. If you request account deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
